Exterior Paint Color Sources

Homeowners wishing to paint their homes the same or a different color need to submit an Architectural Request through First Service Residential to be reviewed by our Architectural Committee members. In 2009 the Architectural Committee worked closely with the BOD and members of the community to add three new colors to the exterior paint palette. An updated palette was adopted in June 2014. Please review the Approved Paint Color document prior to submitting a request to begin your project.

Painting Driveways

The BOard of Directors recommends applying driveway paint in early fall or early spring. The product should not be applied when the cement will get too hot or too cold during the days following application; otherwise, it will peel and make a hard-to-remedy mess.  This or similar products are suggested:  “River Rock” from Valspar Exterior Concrete Coating available at Lowe’s.

Neighborhood Watch as a way to communicate regarding neighborhood issues, community events and a way to communicate other neighborhood findings

Current scams in Tucson:

  • Utility scam: someone dressing up as a contractor for a utility company says they need to get measurements and while they distract you, another person gains access into your home
  • Doggie Door: people are crawling through your doggie doors even while you are home.
  • Leaving lights on at night is considered a great deterrent to keeping crime away from the neighborhood.
