New Payment Method - March 2017

You will soon receive an assessment statement from First Service Residential, which will correspond to your next billing cycle. The following month's statement will include any prior balances from the previous management company. For those who utilize a bill-pay service, we recommend you change the address with your service immediately to ensure proper delivery of your payments. If paying by check, they should be made payable to your homeowner's association. Be sure to reference your account number, which was sent by letter earlier in late February.  As an alternative, First Service Residential offers and recommend a convenient direct debit method to pay your assessments called PayLease. You may access PayLease via our website at or by calling 866-729-5327. Please note, if you currently use a direct debit method of payment, it will not transfer from the previous management company. They also offer SurePay for our residents who would like to take advantage of a convenient way to pay assessments. This payment option is free of charge. To enroll in SurePay, log on to and click on "Make a Payment". Fill out the registration form under SurePay and click on "Submit". Upon enrollment you will receive an e-mail confirmation and your payment will begin being debited directly from your bank account of choice. Enrollment must be submitted by the 15th day of the month for automatic payments to start the following month. All payments are collected the 2nd business day of the month that assessments become due and payable.
